Women Leading Women Foundation (WLW) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering women through mentorship, leadership development, education, and meaningful community engagement throughout the Kansas City metropolitan area.
Our mission is to create meaningful opportunities that empower women to thrive personally and professionally, build confidence, develop leadership skills, and establish lasting connections within a supportive community.We believe every woman deserves access to the resources, relationships, and opportunities necessary to reach her full potential.
